Members of our team were in Las Vegas last week for the AHR Expo — and came back energized about what’s ahead.

Our General Manager and Vice President of Sales spent the week meeting with manufacturers, engineers, and industry partners from across the HVAC and air movement space. The conversations weren’t just about products — they were about where our industry is headed, how customer expectations are evolving, and how Airmaster can continue to lead with smarter, more reliable airflow solutions.

They made valuable new connections, strengthened existing partnerships, and gathered insights that will directly shape how we support OEMs, engineers, and facilities in 2026 and beyond.

When your leadership team is plugged into the industry, listening, and learning, it shows up in better decisions, better systems, and better outcomes for customers.

We’re excited to put what was learned at AHR to work.

Michelle’s Airmaster journey started in Sales, where she dove into the world of industrial fans with help from Jon on our Inside Sales team. Two years later, she’s now a vital member of Accounts Payable, bringing both financial precision and a strong understanding of our products to the table.

Her path is a great example of how growing, learning, and supporting one another make our team stronger.

Operating a machine of this scale is no simple feat, and Brandon rises to the challenge with skill and determination. Under the mentorship of Fabrication Supervisor Fred Strand, he has navigated the laser’s learning curve and helped drive new levels of accuracy and efficiency on our floor.

Two members of our team, Eric and Richard, recently traveled to England to visit our parent company, Maico. They had the opportunity to learn more about ventilation within the growing data center industry and bring that knowledge back to us at Airmaster HQ!
