A quiet revelation has been unfolding through my dreams and inner reflections about the deeper purpose of my work. The message is not to strive harder, master more, or do more to the people I touch, but to become more fully present with them.
My role as a massage therapist is not simply to use applied force to initiate change, but to facilitate healing by holding a safe, compassionate space where people can soften, reconnect with themselves, and meet their bodies with love.
This realization is gently reshaping my practice—from deep pressure to deep-seated presence.
Even dogs can get massage therapy. 🙂
