Jackson Fit Club

Let's have fun and get fit together! Jackson Fit Club was organized by a group of Health & Fitness coaches to promote a healthy active lifestyle.

We will be organizing several different fun activities that promote fitness and nutrition to help people reach their ideal health. All our local fitness activities will be free of charge. Our agenda is to #1 HAVE FUN!, #2 get a good sweat on!, #3 promote education and resources to access a healthy active lifestyle.
