1. Free Consultation

If VIP is interested in the case and thinks the goals you laid out can be achieved move to step 2
2. Estimated Cost
One can not say for sure how much a case will but experience can provide a good estimate
3. Retainer
This is the money deposited with VIP to open and start the case. My usual retainer is 1000.00 to 1500.00 with a 500.00 non- refundable.
4.The case is officially open at this point and you have an advocate on your side.

I bill out at a flat rate per hour . No hidden charges no games .
