Exercise doesn’t just benefit your heart and muscles. It helps protect your eyes too. Regular physical activity improves blood flow to the retina and can lower the risk of age-related eye conditions such as glaucoma and macular degeneration.

By keeping your body active, you’re also investing in long-term vision health to help your eyes stay strong, focused, and clear.

Halloween is all about creativity, but your eye health should never be part of the scare. This Halloween, enjoy the fun while keeping your eyes safe and healthy. You’ll thank yourself long after the candy’s gone.

Blue light gets a lot of attention, but not all of it is accurate. While extended screen time can absolutely leave your eyes feeling tired, dry, or strained, research shows that blue light from phones, tablets, and computers is not proven to cause permanent eye damage.

What really matters are your habits. Proper room lighting, screen breaks, blue light glasses, and blinking regularly can all help reduce fatigue. Your eyes work hard every day, so make sure you give them the care and rest they deserve.
