As we near the end of Mental Health Awareness Month, remember: you are not alone. Twenty percent of Americans live with mental health disabilities - that's one in five people. But because of stigma, many people do not talk about it.

Mental Health Awareness Month provides a chance to stand with your community and show that no one struggles alone. Every story shared turns silence into connection, and connection into healing.
