The team is tearing into this lakeside cottage this week! A home passed down to the next generation and in need of some serious repairs. It is a hot week for demolition, but it will be worth in it in a few weeks when the upgrade is finished!

Happy Birthday to our son, Malachi! He works really hard to be Steve's right hand guy on the job sites! He continues to learn, grow and take on more responsibilities for the business on a daily basis! Join us in wishing him a great birthday!

Another recently renovated bathroom! They took the space down to the studs and renovated completely. This allowed for changes in plumbing and allowed for them to put in a heated floor. New drywall, painting, lighting, vanity, sink and all new fixtures. The tub is new and the walls are tiled along with a new tiled floor. The guys just finished renovating this stunning kitchen! They put in a lot of work tearing up brick floors in order to have it replaced with new hardwood floors. They replaced the existing ceiling with new boards to make the spacing even and fill in existing cracks. They did drywall repair and wall painting, new cabinets and countertops, new light fixtures and under cabinet lighting.
