ORS Performance Training of Jackson makes a difference in overall performance levels for all athletes

ORS Performance Training provides performance training to youth, high school, college, professional and olympic athletes in Leslie, Michigan (just a short drive from the Lansing and Jackson areas). We offer individualized coaching to small and large groups through personal and team training.

We also offer Adult Fitness classes for people of all ages and fitness-levels. Whether you are just starting to exercise, or have been exercising for years, our coaches personalize a routine to fit your needs.

Personal Training is also available for those who would like a more individualized approach to their exercise.
