It's official — the space finally feels complete. ✅

We wrapped up our facility remodel a couple of years ago, and we just got around to the finishing touch: getting our Purpose and Values up on the walls where they belong.

Huge shoutout to Gt Wrap Co. for doing such a great job bringing these signs to life. If you need design, print, or wrap work in the Jackson area — these are your people.

We love how it turned out. Our front office now says exactly what we want it to say about who we are and what we stand for.

New engineers often hear orbital and radial described as similar processes.

Visually, they’re not.

Orbital forming maintains continuous contact with the rivet, allowing material to flow gradually.

Radial forming uses a repeating rosette toolpath, crossing center multiple times and applying force in controlled passes.

That single difference—toolpath—drives changes in force direction, stability, and joint behavior.

In our Solutions Lab today.

A lab technician is running a recurring small batch for a customer with unpredictable demand and low annual volume. The assembly uses an orbital forming process to permanently secure a large rivet joining two machined components.

For applications like this, running parts in the lab helps customers avoid investing in equipment that would otherwise sit idle.

This is part of how we work with customers to identify the right fastening and forming approach—even when purchasing a machine isn’t the best answer.
