Family-owned Gilbert Chocolates have established a long tradition, making handmade chocolates in Jackson since 1900. We have two locations in Jackson.
Our factory and downtown store is at 233 N Jackson Street, and we are inside the Jackson Crossing Mall
We have new friends! Gilbert chocolates is partnering with for Sweetest day, October 17th. We will be there from noon-2pm and, of course we will be having samples of the best chocolates in Michigan. (That would be ours) We also collaborated with them to create a beautiful candy bar wrapper for our chocolate bar. B/A Florist came up with the artowrk, and we printed them out and wrapped them around our bars. Love will be in the air and flowers! Stop in and say hi!!
We couldn't resist to have a little spooky fun on this October 1st! How adorable are these?!?! Boss found these cute eyeballs and we carefully placed them on our pretzel rods and oreos. What else can we put these Google eyes on?!

Sometimes, you just need to place a box on one's head to calm the noise in our factory! 😂🤭😆🤣👌Christmas 🎄season has started for us and stocking up on our holiday favorites and Maranda is feeling it today! 🎄
Shipping day today for 709 happy customers anticipating our chocolate!! We barely have room to move and that makes us blessed and ecstatic!!!
Aren't these the cutest little cello bags of our handipped mini bars?? They would make a thoughtful small gift or a hostess gift and the price point is awesome at $3.50. Now let's get into flavors.....cookies and cream, milk and dark sea salt chocolates, plain milk and plain dark chocolate, mint oreo in milk chocolate, and our fave, the "tator" chip mini bar.

Did you know we make several types of caramels?
This one is our traditional, chewy caramel, but we make a sugar free, and a soft caramel too! Then we sprinkle some with sea salt, cover it with milk or dark and then for extra fun, we make an apple and orange flavored oft caramel.
