Our residents pay their own utilities (gas and electric) through Consumers Energy. Maple Ridge has an on-site laundry room, as well as carports to protect your vehicles from the elements. Maple Ridge is pet friendly, with a small fee per month. Please feel free to stop in our office Monday-Friday 9am-4pm to tour your future home .
