25 Years of Research — Week 12
As we continue our 25-year journey of innovation, The Rane Center remains dedicated to advancing the treatment of acute venous thrombosis through evidence-based care and research.
This week, we are highlighting research demonstrating that restoration of inline flow during thrombectomy for acute symptomatic proximal DVT can provide excellent symptom relief while helping reduce the long-term incidence of post-thrombotic syndrome. The findings also support selective stenting in the acute setting when necessary to restore inline flow.
Follow along as we continue sharing research that helps shape the future of venous care.

25 Years of Research — Week 11
As we continue celebrating 25 years of research and innovation, The Rane Center remains committed to advancing the treatment of complex venous disease through evolving technologies and evidence-based care.
This week, we are highlighting research exploring the role of excimer laser therapy in the treatment of symptomatic in-stent restenosis (ISR) and chronic total venous stent occlusions. The findings demonstrated promising technical success, particularly in recalcitrant ISR cases, supporting laser ablation as an important tool in select complex venous interventions.
