In the last couple weeks, I have received calls from people asking me about magnetic holsters. In the last two weeks, I have had two individuals that I know get in trouble for having these. If the gun is visible and not in a physical holster, it is considered unlawful carry of a weapon. Please be aware that if the gun is visible from outside of the vehicle, it is not legal. Please avoid these magnets.  The only thing that kept these two individuals from arrested was the fact that they had a license to carry handgun. If they would’ve not, they would’ve been arrested.
