We’re excited to welcome John F. Holeman to the team. John’s background spans chemical engineering, finance, military leadership, and now law. Before pursuing his J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law, he served as a U.S. Army Captain, where he led operations and managed complex organizational responsibilities.

He now brings that same discipline and analytical mindset to his legal work, with a focus on private lending, commercial finance, and emerging technologies.

Artur is a Juris Doctor candidate at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, with academic interests in private lending, real estate finance, commercial transactions, and business litigation.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, he worked in finance and revenue operations, leading strategic initiatives and operational improvements for an international software company. This experience gives him a strong understanding of the business and financial considerations behind lending and real estate transactions.

Artur brings a practical, analytical approach to legal problem-solving, and we are excited to have him on the team.

John is a Juris Doctor candidate at Santa Clara University School of Law with a focus on commercial transactions, private lending, real estate finance, and emerging technologies. He brings a unique multidisciplinary background in law, finance, engineering, and military leadership.

He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA in Finance from Eastern Washington University. Prior to law school, John served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, where he held leadership roles in organizational management, logistics, compliance oversight, and multinational operations.

With his strong analytical skills, disciplined work ethic, and practical problem-solving experience, we are confident that John will be a great addition to our team. He will be working closely with Anthony, Jasmine, and our legal team.
