Where are we now and what are we doing?

June 1st our purchase went through for Bricco Pizzeria and Wine Bar in Laguna Niguel. Almost immediately we started a remodel to fashion it after our taste, needed functionality and design. Below you will see our progress and we are just about finished!!!

Soon we will be launching our revamped menu featuring fresh pasta like Pappardelle Bolognese and Cacio e Pepe. Entrees many of you have come to love like the Chicken Piccata, Braised Short Ribs and Chicken Parmesan. Plus some new appetizers like our Giant Meatball, Italian Hot Wings and Fresh Baked Bread. Plus plenty of delicious pizza!

Bricco is also open for dine in and take out. Below is a link to our website which also will be updated soon to reflect our new look and menu. But in the meantime this is our current offerings from the previous owner.
