🚨 “I cut out bread and sugar!” 🚨

I hear this all the time… but here’s the problem:

🍞 Bread is just a WORD.
🍬 Sugar is just a WORD.

What actually matters is how fast those foods raise your blood sugar.

📈 Whole wheat bread has a glycemic index around 70.
📈 Table sugar is around 65.

So instead of saying, “I cut out bread and sugar,” the better question is:

❓ “What glycemic index numbers am I eating?”

The shocking part is that many of the so-called “healthy” foods people switch to are actually worse.

🚫 Tapioca Starch
🚫 Corn Starch
🚫 Dextrose
🚫 Maltodextrin

These ingredients can release glucose into the bloodstream even faster than bread or sugar!
