Architectural and interior design services are complete on the DSV Logistics Complex in Innisfil, Ontario. Designed by our Vaughan team, the 1.3M SF campus supports DSV’s largest multi‑client facility in Canada, combining a 42 foot-clear height, high-performance warehouse with a two-level, 40,000 SF corporate office. Open, light‑filled spaces, floor‑to‑ceiling glazing, collaborative social zones and outdoor patios creates a strong connection between office and warehouse operations.

Congratulations to Braden Blake on his promotion to Principal in our Phoenix office. Braden brings experience across a wide range of project types, including corporate office, industrial, restaurant, retail, mixed-use, and manufacturing.

As part of the office leadership team, he has played a key role in mentoring and developing team members, and his strong client engagement helped establish our Advanced Projects Group (APG), uniting 13 offices and 187 team members to support some of the world’s largest semiconductor, electric vehicle, and advanced manufacturing clients on multi-phase campus build-outs.
