Fresh soil, new greenery, and a lot of community 🌼🌿

At the first annual 21TC Garden Day, volunteers rolled up their sleeves to transform the Terrace garden and pool area through new plantings, improved drainage, relocated landscape features, and thoughtful enhancements that improved both the beauty and functionality of the space.

Beyond the physical improvements, the event helped strengthen connections between neighbors, encouraged resident involvement, and even generated meaningful cost savings for the Association. To cap off a successful day, participants gathered for lunch and celebrated the impact they made together.

The Lido in San Diego marked the month of May with two resident events focused on wellbeing and self-care.

Spa Day with Verizon offered massages and facials at a nominal cost, giving residents a chance to slow down and recharge.

Pilates by the pool, sponsored by Google Fiber, featured two classes centered on movement, stress relief, and supporting physical health.

We love seeing this kind of thoughtful programming in Action communities that creates space for residents to care for both mind and body while strengthening connection within the community.
