Complex system, simple interface.
Community managers juggle communication, violations, work orders, architectural requests, accounting, documents, and countless daily tasks. It can feel impossible to keep everything moving.
Nathan makes it look easy because he has one platform built to manage it all. SnapHOA brings every essential function together in a streamlined, intuitive experience so managers spend less time switching between systems and more time serving their communities.

Fresh soil, new greenery, and a lot of community 🌼🌿
At the first annual 21TC Garden Day, volunteers rolled up their sleeves to transform the Terrace garden and pool area through new plantings, improved drainage, relocated landscape features, and thoughtful enhancements that improved both the beauty and functionality of the space.
Beyond the physical improvements, the event helped strengthen connections between neighbors, encouraged resident involvement, and even generated meaningful cost savings for the Association. To cap off a successful day, participants gathered for lunch and celebrated the impact they made together.
We love seeing communities invest in the places they call home!
AB 130 has sparked concern for HOA boards across California.
But attorney Dirk Petchul shares an important reality check in the latest episode of The Uncommon Area: before reacting, look at your actual enforcement history.

The Lido in San Diego marked the month of May with two resident events focused on wellbeing and self-care.
Spa Day with Verizon offered massages and facials at a nominal cost, giving residents a chance to slow down and recharge.
Pilates by the pool, sponsored by Google Fiber, featured two classes centered on movement, stress relief, and supporting physical health.
We love seeing this kind of thoughtful programming in Action communities that creates space for residents to care for both mind and body while strengthening connection within the community.

Most community managers think they need more hours in the day.
Really, they just need better resources.
When information is scattered across multiple systems, inboxes, spreadsheets, and platforms, even simple tasks become harder than they should be.
At Action Property Management, we've built a support structure designed to reduce that friction. With SnapHOA serving as a centralized platform, Community Care assisting with homeowner communications, and Manager Assistants helping keep operations moving, our managers can spend less time chasing information and more time leading their communities.
The goal isn't just to manage more efficiently, but to create the time and capacity to build relationships, support boards, improve communities, and enhance the resident experience.
AB130 IS getting cleaned up...
Episode 92 of The Uncommon Area is out now, addressing the future of AB130.
Attorney Dirk Petchul joins Matthew Holbrook on The Uncommon Area to unpack the overlooked realities, financial concerns, and long-term implications boards should understand moving forward.
