Meet the Folsom Bay Tower! Designed by Jeanne Gang of Gang Architects Studio, and Being situated over the questionably picturesque (I mean an ocean view is an ocean view I guess) San Francisco Bay this unorthodox 39 story, 422 foot residential building is definitely an eye-catcher and definitely a nightmare for anyone concerned with Feng Shuai (those interior corners gotta be wonky). Hey, at least you could watch the caravans of Raiders fans make their exodus to Vegas from right across the bay!

Meet the Black Villa! This deeply ominous home designed by Iranian architect Reza Mohtashami sits in Harriman state park, New York. The dull black concrete really accentuates the soul-crushing nature of New York state, where the modern world is utterly inescapable, even in the woods! Now, if you would like to be brooding in this dark-modernist abode yourself you will surely be competing with many ghouls, goblins, and other various assorted creatures, if you're lucky you could end up in a bidding war against the Blair witch! And with those massive, gorgeous skylights and actual real-life 21st century conversation pit I would say that this property is genuinely worth the many curses that would be definitely be inflicted upon you and your bloodline by unfathomably old forest spirits.

Meet the Bair house! Designed by Samuel and Joseph Newsom, this gorgeously gothic Halloweentownesque property sits in the lovely (and apparently amphetamine ridden) town of Arcata California. This property definitely doesn't host a coven of witches every full moon, and definitely isn't within very close vicinity to various ghouls, goblins, gnomes, familiars, or any other entities of any sort. Definitely.
