UI STEP Org aims to educate students on ways to achieve academic and employment excellence, work on career development, and create a professional mindset.
The UI STEP student organization was created to continue the lessons learned in the UI STEP program on student employment and professionalism. In our organization, we will cover a variety of topics including resume building, interviewing skills, networking strategy, and job searching methods. We will fulfill our mission through personal mentoring, career instruction, and through supporting the importance of proactive and engaging behaviors.
