We would also like to give a big shout out to David from our maintenance team! David recently stepped in to repair concrete on a back patio, saving the property the cost and time of bringing in an outside contractor. His willingness to step up, a positive can-do attitude, and strong skillset make a huge difference. We truly appreciate his dedication and the value he brings to our team every day.
