We're an Indianapolis based branding and marketing agency that specializes in helping organizations create brands that embody their purpose to better connect them with the people they serve. Over the last four years many of you have gotten to know me as I transitioned through several different roles in my career. From graphic designer to web designer, brand consultant to brand strategist, marketing strategist to agency owner, and everything in between.
Owning and operating Tagd Studio has taught me so many things and above anything else it's taught me that branding and business evolve over time.
With that said, I am officially announcing that my journey with Tagd Studio has come to an end and today will be my last day identifying myself as the Founder, Brand Strategist, and Marketing Strategist behind Tagd Studio.
Starting tomorrow I will pivot into my new role preparing to launch my next entrepreneurial endeavor, Tiffany Atkinson Consulting; where I will focus on helping women refocus, refine, and reposition their brand with confidence and clarity to grow their service-based business.
I will share more details about Tiffany Atkinson Consulting over the next coming weeks and invite you to follow along and stay connected with me as I travel this new phase of my journey.

Yesterday I announced that I created a separate personal brand page for myself.
Today I'm announcing that my personal brand page will become the new home for all things tips, behind the scenes, and getting to know me.
If you've enjoyed those kinds of posts and would like to stay connected with me you can like and follow Tiffany Atkinson.
Starting Monday this page will transition to a portfolio for my branding and marketing consulting agency, Tagd Studio.

As we get further into the uncertainty that brings we want to remind you that there are several things you can do to stay connected with your customers.
One of those things is to get familiar with needs, fears, and value.
1. Needs are the reason your customer seeks someone to do business with. In our current time, it's important to think of any new needs the pandemic has caused for your customer; even those not related to your business.
2. Fears are what stand in the way of your customer doing business with someone. In our current time, those fears have expanded. Think of what those fears might be today.
3. Value is what your customer is in search of when seeking someone to do business with. In our current time, that value doesn't have to be regulated to your product or service. Think about what additional value you can offer your customers today.
Take some time today and write down everything you can about where your customer stands in these three areas.
Next brainstorm ways your business can step in and step up to help serve them.

This morning we hosted our first Pivot & Adapt virtual strategy session.
We discussed several steps small business owners can take to adapt their product or service in times of economic uncertainty like .
The steps small business owners take and the plan they create are crucial to the survival of their business.
One of the most important steps we discussed was:
Focus on the problem you solve for your customers.
This step is important for three reasons:
1. Your product / service should be based on solving your customer's problem.
2. That problem will still exist whether the coronavirus is present or not.
3. Focusing on how you solve that problem in today's climate is the key to being able to pivot.

Registration is now open through Friday, March 27, 2020 for our first week of virtual strategy sessions designed to help small business dealing with economic challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sessions will be hosted Tuesday, March 31st and Thursday, April 2nd.
Week 1 Schedule:
- Pivot & Adapt: Products & Services (Tue 3/31 | 10am - 11:45am)
- Pivot & Adapt: Customer Relations (Tue 3/31 | 1pm - 2:45pm)
- Pivot & Adapt: Branding & Marketing (Thu 4/2 | 10am - 11:45am)
- Pivot & Adapt: Strategy & Operations (Thu 4/2 | 1pm - 2:45pm)
Sessions will focus on providing tools, resources, and support for pivoting and adapting for survival in periods of economic uncertainty.
Each session will include tips and resources, a group discussion channel, session worksheets, a strategy session recap video, and a post-session group call following the session.
Each session has a registration fee of $125.00, which must be paid in full at time of registration.
Registration for each session is on a first come, first served basis and will close once the maximum capacity of 7 attendees has been reached.
