Now at this morning's inspection I found something I may incorporate into my house. Genius idea.

Sometimes I post weird pictures of weird things I find or see during a home inspection. Today's photo comes from the drive to a home inspection on a Sunday morning. Any ideas?

First inspection for the day went great. 2nd not so much. I really don't think the picture does it justice. I literally unlocked the front door, saw this and smelled death, closed and locked the door and walked back to my truck. I always said I would inspect anything anywhere my licenses would allow, but not this.

Ran across these cute little guys trapped in a basement egress window at my first inspection the other day. You have to zoom in to see the mouse cute little frog friend.

A couple funny pictures from inspections this week. First 2 are of a man chasing geese down the road in front of a home I was inspecting with a nerf gun shooting nerf darts at them. At least he has his road guard vest on for saftey. The last one is a dead squirrel that met me face to face when I pulled the attic access stairs down. Thank God the buyers were not there yet to hear me scream and jump out of my shoes. Lol. I love my job

Came across this gem in a basement at my morning home inspection. Home was built in 1956, do you think it's original to the home?

Dell Phillips what are the chances. I inspected this home on Sat and Lord I loved the crawlspace access. It was the first time I have ever seen this setup as well, but I was a hugh fan.

I always said I'd go anywhere in the state to do a home inspection for a client. Yesterday I stretched it as far as it could be stretched. That's the Ohio river in the back yard of this home. Thanks for the referral Tricia Kincaid Crawford

Inspected this home the other day and thought of all my wine loving friends. It must of held 300 bottles in the wine chiller built into the basement.

Major termite infestation at a inspection this morning.

I hope this does not offend anyone but I want to share some colorful artwork I found in a bedroom in Anderson during a inspection. Id say they need a role model. Lol
