arcDESIGN is proud to be working with Connection Pointe Christian Church as they further their outreach into the Central Indiana Community.

The April groundbreaking kicked-off work on the 32,000 square foot facility, designed to initially seat 550 for Worship service. Supporting spaces will include Kid’s Ministry, Youth, and Administrative functions.

We are proud to celebrate Kenna Gibson and Ross McKnight on completing the 2025-2026 AIA Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program alongside an incredible cohort of emerging professionals. We can't wait to see how they will continue to make an impact and grow as leaders in our industry!

arcDESIGN provided programming, master planning, architectural and interior design services to Northview Christian to assist the leadership and congregation in determining the highest and best use for existing and future facilities.

The scope for this project, completed in 2023, included renovations to existing areas of the campus and building additions that included an “indoor park” featuring a turf field, a community center space with café, and multipurpose rooms for flexible use.

Please join us as we celebrate our newest Associate, John Voigt! John brings a strategic and leadership-driven approach to his role as Project Leader, guiding projects with a focus on client goals and long-term impact. His work spans higher education, healthcare, and community-focused projects.

We are grateful for the time Ethan Colee spent with arcDESIGN this semester. From day one, Ethan’s positive energy and warm personality made him a natural fit for our team. Beyond his eagerness to learn, he provided valuable support across the entire project lifecycle by contributing to everything from schematic design and design development through to construction administration. Ethan is currently a student in the DAAP program at the University of Cincinnati, and we look forward to seeing all he achieves.

It was a pleasure having Ethan in the office and seeing him embrace both the work and life in Indianapolis. We’re excited to see where his drive and curiosity take him next.
