Performs maintenance service such as light bulb changes, trash removal, minor roof, siding, gutter, door, and window repairs, painting, and drywall for well-established HOA and Condo Association Management company.

Light plumbing and electrical is desirable. Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices and safety procedures within the field is a must. Must have truck, basic tools, and driver's license. Tech expected to drive own vehicle to associations predominantly inside Center Township, which is why we provide a fuel reimbursement and a cell phone allowance.
