Custom Mahogany millwork anchors the Back40House kitchen core, wrapping the corner to reveal pantry prep area with clever return air and window integration.

As we can see from the west/Guilford elevation, building the G BLOC structure with minimal setbacks on all sides left little room for staging. So during er****on, we had to close Main Street a few weeks.

Client desired a creative space with ample natural light and excellent views.
Design + build team highlighted the Back40House art studio with shed roof + high ceilings to prioritize north light on the inside.
Then the exterior cladding and form help studio stand apart on the outside.

Entrance canopy at Copperwood highlights the use of custom-designed and locally-fabricated hardware to manage heavy timber connections and lateral bracing.

Pre-construction, the architects imagined, modeled, and refined every detail of the assembly. Then they sealed-the-deal by coordinating every aspect of fabrication and construction.

She was interested in brightening the interior experience.

At H LODGE, our clients requested an update to their lakeside cabin; something modern that reuses as much of the preexisting structures as possible.

By reusing existing foundations, retaining walls and deck structure, team was able to save 15% on total project costs while capturing the design intent - helping to update a family legacy for present and future generations.
