Week one is in the books! 31 members completed a body composition test to learn more about their heart and overall health—what a great way to kick off Heart Health Month.
🩺 Week 2: NIFS will be offering blood pressure testing on Friday, February 13. Stop by to get screened, learn what your numbers mean, and discover simple ways to stay heart healthy.
