We’re truly one w/ this earth 🌍🌞
Over the last few hundred years as the human race has advanced & evolve we’ve grown to forget that we are ONE w/ this earth & everything on it. This planet works synergistically together. All working in unison
Humans are simply just more evolved than all other species. We have a conscious & objective mind. BUT we’re still animals
Our bodies weren’t designed to eat all of this man made modern processed food .. it wasn’t designed to sit in front of a screen full of artificial light all day while completely avoiding extended periods of sun exposure for sometimes many months or years. The list of things that our bodies were not designed for goes on & on.
In 2020 we’ve began attempting to distance ourselves from nature more than ever before. We’re attempting to sanitize 100% of our environment 100% of the time .. spraying EVERYTHING, including our skin (which absorbs everything into the blood stream) w/ antibacterial chemicals that kill everything they touch.. including all of the healthy bacteria our body produces & picks up in the world
We’ve convinced people that anything outside the house is dangerous. We’ve told everyone to stay inside. Avoiding sun light .. we’ve kept gyms in certain locations across the country closed for 9 months now.
I’m rambling a little now, but you get the point. The further we try to distance ourselves from nature the sicker we will become in my opinion. Time will continue to reveal the effect of all of this..
What can YOU do?
I would start by getting outside more. Get your bare feet on the earth. Soak up as much sunlight as you can each day. Walk often. Avoid phones, screens & artificial light in general in the evenings. Get to sleep by 10pm in a dark room void of any artificial light. Focus on eating what our ancestors would’ve eaten. High quality animals. Fruits. Some veggies.

EntrePerformance goes so much deeper than myself. So much deeper than . So much deeper than anyone on our team
EP is a way of life. It’s a lifestyle. It’s a movement that’s being channeled through my team. A movement that’s here to save the lives of thousands of young male entrepreneurs who are going down a path of self destruction
When I met 18 months ago my life began to change very quickly. I began building a network of predominately young male entrepreneurs. I was inspired by this new group of guys I was building relationships with. Young guys scaling multi million dollar businesses before they’re 30 years old
Something I discovered very early on though was that these guys needed help. Not in business necessarily.. they needed help w/ their bodies & overall health. Almost every guy I connected w/ was neglecting their sleep, nutrition, training, gut health & microbiome.. along w/ just overall optimization of their minds, bodies & physiology
That’s when I felt the call to create EntrePerformance.
We’re here to help guys scale their businesses faster than ever before while dialing in on everything outside of the business. It’s pretty ironic .. the more you dial in these areas outside of the business the more the business grows & scales
If you’re an entrepreneur & you aren’t implementing the EntrePerformance lifestyle you’re selling yourself short. You’re selling your company & team short. Not only does your personal life suffer quite dramatically, but so does the bottom line of biz revenue both short term & long term
The business (& your team) cannot reach it’s full potential until you begin to focus on reaching your full potential as a human being. As the boss, everything runs through YOU

Running is cool .. but have you ever lifted weights??
I’m NOT saying that running can’t be beneficial. Of course it can be.
But if you aren’t combining it w/ a solid strength training plan then you’re leaving massive results on the table & setting yourself up for a lot of injuries as you age
Resistance training (when done properly.. big key here) not only builds muscle. But it also builds your tendons & ligaments. AND even better .. it builds BONE DENSITY
Bone density (& muscle mass) decrease as we age. If you’re only running long distance, then you’re missing out on all of this. Leading to a very weak body long term.
Resistance training also burns a lot more calories than distance running in the long term. Leading to a much more optimal body composition & overall metabolic health
So no matter what your goals are, resistance training should be included in your weekly training regiment for optimal results both short term & long term

Optimizing our body is a game of inches 📈🚀

This past week we were blessed to have member stay w/ us here in austin for our first ever VIP Retreat.
It was a complete immersion into the EntrePerformance lifestyle. We were able to work very 1 on 1 w/ Roman in a number of areas of his life during his stay. Setting him on a path of complete fu***ng freedom in his life
One area we spent a lot of time & intention was training & leverages. Training goes so much deeper than most people understand. Leverages are a practice that takes thousands of hours to begin to really understand & master
Roman learned quite a bit in his first 90 min coaching session. His squat & deadlift totally transformed. As a result of what he learned here he’ll see 5x more results from his training the next 12 months.
In addition he will see immense improvements in his mental clarity. Energy levels. Stress levels. Sleep & recovery. & naturally the business will grow quite exponentially as well
EntrePerformance is so much bigger than myself & my team. It’s a lifestyle. A movement that’s going to change the lives of many thousands of entrepreneurs & athletes

“Magic” psilocybin mushrooms are a tool
A tool that requires intention & respect.
So many people have a skewed perception of this tool. Often taking it a few times as a kid at a party. Having a weird time & then writing it off.
Mushrooms are one of many beautiful plant medicine tools that we have at our disposal as humans. They can be so incredibly healing. Teaching so many lessons about life & the human experience
I look forward to a time when these tools are available to the public in a structured therapeutic environment.
Breathe in abundance.
Exhale scarcity.

Find comfort in the discomfort 🥶
Pleasure in the pain 😁
Our bodies are wired for survival. Which can be great .. but can also be very destructive
This is one reason why I love ice baths so much. When I’m filling up the bath w/ ice that little voice in my mind is telling me every reason why I shouldnt get in. Resistance is STRONG in that moment
But remember, our bodies are made for survival. They view that ice bath as a threat to our life.
This is where something called “mental override” comes in
Against your bodies best judgement you did it anyways. You consciously take control. Defeating that inner resistance & letting that little voice know who’s in control
The mental benefits you get from doing things like cold therapy are so immense. You gain so much confidence in yourself. You take back control over your body .. no longer being a slave to it.
On top of this, the physiological benefits run so deep as well. It’s the fountain of youth & optimization

Stressed? Anxious? All spun up?
Stop for a second & feel your breath
Remind yourself that you’re SAFE!! & you’re loved. That everything is okay. No matter what
Our analytical minds can be such an asset to us .. but they at the same time it can be our worst enemy. Working us up into a frenzy
The next time your mind starts getting crazy, just slow down & repeat to yourself “I’m safe .. I’m loved” .. repeat this over & over until you feel yourself relaxing. While you’re saying this to yourself focus on very slow & calm nasal breathing through your nose
No matter how crazy things get externally, just remember that deep within you is something so much greater than your body & mind .. something that cannot be hurt or touched.

We humans are so silly
We’ll continue to reap exactly what we have sowed 😶
I’ve struggled w/ anxiety my entire life
Between middle school & my early 20’s my journey w/ anxiety really peaked .. I was having panic attacks regularly. I couldn’t hardly socialize at all. It was a nightmare
Over the years I became very passionate about developing myself. Mentally, physically, spiritually & beyond. In pursuit of a solution to my anxiety & high stress levels
If you can relate to that at all then I highly recommend you introduce a things into your life right away ..
Meditation / Breathing Practice 👃👁
Cold therapy 🥶
Now you don’t necessarily need to begin by jumping into an ice bath. Begin w/ daily meditation & breath work practices. Begin doing cold showers. Practicing breathing calmly through your nose when you’re in the shower
Eventually progressing into something like this. OR if you have a Cryotherapy spot near by that’s a great alternative as well
The benefits of these 3 tools goes well beyond just anxiety .. They’re truly some of the most powerful tools that we have at our disposal as humans. Along w/ the sun, exercise, sleep etc etc. But they all work synergistically
