Ashlea Albertson Racing

For the second year in a row, we got to be part of Homecroft Elementary’s last day of school fun, and this year we were lucky enough to host the whole thing! ☀️🎉

Kaylea (better known as Mrs. Kay to the kiddos) helped create this day as a way for her students to learn lessons that go beyond the classroom. Through fun activities, games, and conversations about seatbelt safety, she wanted them to learn from her sisters story and understand how one simple choice can make a difference.

Between tire races, bouncing around, getting soaked during water games, and making memories with friends, the kids got to celebrate the start of summer in the best way possible.

Watching them laugh, play, and learn was such a sweet reminder of why we do this. We know Ash would have loved seeing all those smiling faces. 💙

A huge thank you to Southport Pres for generously letting us use their bounce house and helping make the day even more special. And thank you to Homecroft Elementary for allowing us to be part of such a fun and meaningful day! 🫶🏼

New this year at the car show — a kids scavenger hunt! 🏁🔍

Bring the little ones out to search around the show, complete the hunt, and win a prize at the end! We wanted to add something fun for the kids while everyone enjoys the cars, so make sure they grab a scavenger sheet when you arrive. 🎉🚗

The strength, heart, determination, and love for life that so many people admired in Ashlea were a direct reflection of the man who raised her. Todd has always been someone who brings people together, supports those around him, and carries a love for racing and family that runs deep.

Today we celebrate you - the memories you’ve made, the lives you’ve impacted, and the incredible person you are to so many people. We hope your day is filled with laughter, family, great stories, and all the people who care about you most.
