Let’s talk mornings. The saying goes that “the early bird catches the worm” and I am SO not a morning person. So, here's a behind the scenes look at a day in the life of Robin the realtor.

In real estate, no two days are ever the same, so I try to be consistent and keep to my morning routine as much as I can.

⏰ When my alarm goes off, you can always count on me to hit snooze a few times before actually jumping up.

☕️ I always start the morning with coffee...and my dog Millie. We may be empty nesters, but Millie is like having a toddler in the house again!

🧘🏼‍♀️ I make a point to always reflect on my day's schedule to see who I will be helping with their real estate needs.

Here is your list of tasks to help you get a head start on spring cleaning inside your home.

Indoor spring cleaning:

🪟 Open all the windows to get rid of stagnant air and aerate your home.

🔋 Check batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

🧼 Deep clean your kitchen: backsplash, baseboards, behind and above appliances, vent hood grease trap and scrub inside cabinets and pantry.

🛏 Wash linens and swap heavy blankets for lighter linen throws.

👗 Prepare to swap your closet for the new season and purge anything you haven’t worn in a year.
