We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Broad Ripple Trails Apartments!

Requirements:

EPA Certified

Must have basic hand tools

Experience in plumbing, drywall, electrical, and HVAC

Job Details:

Comfortable working a rotating on-call schedule

Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be able to start ASAP

Typical Work Includes:

Completing apartment turns (make-ready units)

Handling occupied work orders such as:

Fixing leaky faucets or running toilets

Patching drywall and painting

Replacing light fixtures or ceiling fans

Troubleshooting and repairing appliances

Performing HVAC maintenance and repairs

Minor electrical and plumbing work
