UWD is part of Great Day Improvements, a national leader bringing trusted brands together and designing the home improvement process around you. At Universal Windows Direct, we believe every homeowner deserves more than just a product—they deserve an experience rooted in care, quality, and confidence. Since 2002, we've grown from a small local business started by co-founders, William Barr and Michael Strmac, into one of the nation’s leading exterior remodeling contractors by staying true to one core principle: putting homeowners first. We specialize in energy-efficient, USA-made products that elevate curb appeal while improving comfort and value. From our exclusive UniShield® windows and doors to premium siding and roofing, every product we offer is engineered for beauty, durability, and low maintenance. Backed by a True Lifetime Warranty and installed by seasoned experts, we stand by our work because we own every step of the process—from consultation to completion. Our team is passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering white-glove service with every project. That dedication has earned us advanced certifications, industry recognition, and—most importantly—the trust of thousands of satisfied homeowners. With a 95% customer satisfaction score, we don’t just remodel houses—we create spaces that homeowners are proud to call their own. Choose Universal Windows Direct and discover why so many are saying, “I love my windows!”
