Turf Burners RC Raceway

🏁🏁 Turf Burners RC Raceway was more than an RC race track, it was an EXPERIENCE! Behind that unique experience was the larger than life personality and creative ingenuity of our beloved Jammer. 🏁🏁

His Monday night live stream show ‘The Burndown’ with track updates and topics, his one of a kind sound effects during racing events, a unique concession area named ‘The Fueling Station’ with fresh made to order food and a digital menu board, custom designed trophies, a laser light starting grid…the list goes on and on.

The loss of Jamie is felt in so many ways and his presence at Turf Burners is a big one. Jamie was a meticulous business man and part of that was preparing for the legacy of the track once he was gone. Jamie chose Eddie to be the one he wanted to keep the track going. Eddie played the key role in keeping things running at the track when Jamie and I had to be away for his treatments, he stepped up without hesitation and Jamie and I knew the track was in very capable hands.

Eddie and I have finalized the heartbreaking exchange of hands and I am confident Eddie is going to keep Jamie’s memory alive and provide all the RC racers who race at his track with his very own unique experience. With this exchange Eddie and I recognized that the experience that was Turf Burners was Jamie and will now end with our loss of him. The experience now becomes Eddie’s, just as Jamie wanted and it will begin its own legacy as Pro-Source RC Raceway.

Please continue to enjoy the sport of RC racing and support Eddie in this new adventure and remember that Jamie will always be cheering you all on, demanding you race clean and encouraging you to help each other improve. And from the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting Turf Burners, you helped make Jamie’s dream a reality. 🏁Attention racers! Since the track will be closed on Saturday, March 11, 2023 in honor of Jamie the alternate race day will be Sunday, March 12, 2023. Doors will open at noon with racing to start at 3:00 PM. 🏁

Hey everyone, it's Mikki. I wanted to send out a notification that the track will be closed this Saturday, March 11, 2023 in honor of Jamie for his funeral services. An alternate day of racing will be offered in place of Saturday. Details will be posted on that soon.
