This site was flagged for a confined space issue around the turnbuckle, creating both a safety concern and a compliance risk. We fabricated a new mount on-site, relocated the turnbuckle to a safer, more accessible position, and installed new binders to finish the job right.

This site was dealing with a failed phase converter, leaving their compactor down and their waste area quickly getting out of control.

We stepped in, upgraded them to a new PRT VFD power unit, handled the full install, and got everything back up and running fast.

While we were there, we also cleared out the trash buildup and cleaned the corral so the space was safe, usable, and back to standard.

This one was a full change in how the system runs.

We removed the existing precrusher and installed a new auger feed system to improve material flow and reduce the constant slowdowns the team was dealing with. The old setup was creating delays and extra handling. This new configuration keeps material moving the way it should.

From rigging and removal to setting the new unit, tying into the system, and getting everything up and running, our crew handled it start to finish on-site.

Now material feeds cleaner, the process is more controlled, and the operation is easier to manage day to day.

This self-contained came in showing years of use and needed a full-blown rebuild. Instead of sending it to scrap, we stripped it down and rebuilt it properly.

New crossmembers and cylinder mounts, cylinders, pins, pipes, and hoses, reworked the structure where needed, and custom-built options for the end user. The goal was simple. Put it back into service in a condition the customer could rely on for years to come.

A rebuild like this gives the unit more years in the field and avoids the cost and lead time of a full replacement.

Shoutout to our long-standing local corrugated customer for trusting Prolex with the spec and install of a new Balmaster E850 Auto-Tie paired with a Hogger to handle high volumes of corrugated and scrap.

The platform, ductwork, and infeed conveyor were fitted to match the new system. Our install team crushed the removal and install to get the customer back online and running production with little downtime.
