Flashback to last weekend and some candid photos from the quick trip to the Big Apple to celebrate the book!

1- Had to have the famous frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity!🍧
2- Catching my breath after seeing the billboard for the first time. ☺️
3- Best piece of pizza of my life with my cutie girl. 🍕

Still reminiscing on the incredible experience it was and all the fun we packed into 48 hours!

Well… that was a crazy core memory! I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to celebrate the milestone of writing this book in a big way! The big apple, a big screen, a big message… but as I reflect on the whole experience I feel it important to note that I genuinely could care less about my name or picture being featured on a billboard in Times Square. I feel humbled that it happens but I just want to make Jesus known. This book is His heart and it’s not about me. He is the name to remember. He is the one to follow. I never wrote the book to get some five minutes of fame. I’m old enough now to not be remotely attracted or in need of that. This was simply an act of obedience. The rest of completely up to Him.

The trip was fun and I’m so happy my little mini me sidekick was with me to experience it- especially since she inspired it! Also, thank you to my sweet friends April Graves and Mark Graves for making the long trip from Texarkana to be there to support me, and run all over NYC for 48 hours with me and my girl. Yall are precious to me and I’m grateful you came too!
