What a great day and Scottsboro! Broad street church of Christ

Lisa Robinson
Our Mt. Juliet Church of Christ Ladies' Bible Class just finished studying "Betrayal to Deliverance - Bible Stories NOT for Children" by Wanda Robinson. Many ladies in our class told me how much they enjoyed this study. I highly recommend it for a class, small group or personal study. It would also be a great study for teens. The book looks at familiar events in the Old Testament that we learned as children and revisits them from an adult perspective. I taught 4 of the 13 lessons and found the lessons well organized, with thought provoking facts and questions for reflection. It’s available from the Publishing Designs website. I would be glad to share my Powerpoint slides from lessons on Noah, Deborah, David & Bathsheba and Jonah if your study group decides to use this book.
