There’s something incredibly powerful about having the world’s most prestigious luxury showrooms at our fingertips, while hearing directly from the top talent in the industry as they share their insight, expertise and tricks of the trade.

For us as luxury designers, this kind of access is invaluable—constantly inspiring us, expanding our perspective and allowing us to bring the very best in design back to our clients.

She came home to a completely transformed 6,000-square-foot waterfront residence.

While my client was away, Pazzam Designs reimagined her $7 million home from the ground up—custom cabinetry throughout, new wood flooring, redesigned living spaces, a transformed lanai, expansive new rear sliders, and every detail curated to create a seamless connection between the interiors and the water beyond.

Months of design, planning and coordination came down to this one moment…

Watching her walk through the door and see her new home for the very first time.

An entire home. Completely remodeled. Start to finish in just 2 months.

And this is only the first reveal.

Today, I’m giving you a glimpse of the kitchen transformation — from the original space, floor plans and detailed design drawings through construction and the finished result.

Before leaving for my international design research trip, every selection, specification and construction detail was organized into a precise design packet, giving the GC and trades a clear roadmap from day one.

Even while overseas, I spoke with the GC every day, reviewing progress and guiding every detail.

The result? No change orders. No confusion. No lost time.

Exceptional design management doesn’t stop when I travel. With meticulous planning, clear documentation and close direction, projects continue moving seamlessly — even across states and continents.

And the kitchen is only the beginning…

The rest of the home is coming next. kitchens
