Great group of professionals came out for DAG’s Ballistic Shield Tactics course and put in the work.

The response has already been strong, and we’ve had people asking when we’re running it again.

**5 DAYS. 10 INSTRUCTORS. ONE STANDARD: GET BETTER.**
This week, Direct Action Group had the opportunity to conduct a **5-Day Tactical Enhancement Instructor Course** for a group of public safety professionals.
Over five demanding days, student-instructors worked through:
• Sh***un
• R***e
• Ballistic Shield
• Close Quarters Battle (CQB)
• Instructor Development & Student-Led Teach Backs
This course wasn’t just about improving individual tactical skills. The focus was on developing **instructors** — professionals who can understand the material, communicate it effectively, demonstrate it correctly, identify deficiencies, and confidently teach it to others.
Throughout the week, students were continually placed in the instructor role through teach backs and practical exercises, applying what they learned while receiving coaching and feedback from the DAG cadre.
We wrapped up the week with **10 newly trained Tactical Enhancement Instructors** ready to take those skills back to their agency and continue developing their officers.
Outstanding work by everyone who completed the course.

When the mission demands ballistic shield deployment, there is no substitute for quality training.
Our Ballistic Shield Tactics course is designed to develop the skills, communication, and confidence required to effectively employ ballistic shields in dynamic law enforcement operations. Students will train through practical applications, team movement, and live-fire ballistic shield exercises that emphasize real-world performance.

⚔️ KINETIC GUNFIGHTER ⚔️
Kinetic Gunfighter is an advanced, movement-focused pistol and r***e course designed to develop shooters who can think, move, and win in dynamic environments. This program blends core gunfighting fundamentals with MACTAC-influenced movement, team-aware problem solving, and rapid transitions between weapons, positions, and points of cover.
Training Blocks Include:
* Advanced Pistol & R***e Fundamentals
* MACTAC-Style Movement Drills
* Weapon Transitions
* Movement & Shooting Drills
* Use of Cover & Barricade Work
* Stress-Based Decision Making
Requirements:
This is NOT a beginner course!
Students must have solid pistol and r***e fundamentals, safe gun-handling skills, and the ability to operate both platforms efficiently.

* Armed professionals (LE/MIL/security)
* DAG alumni seeking to advance gunfighting skills
* Experienced shooters ready to move beyond static range work and into dynamic, tactical applications.
