Join Hirsch Solutions and work hands-on with some of the most recognized embroidery technology in the industry - Tajima embroidery equipment.

Known worldwide for precision, reliability, and innovation, Tajima products help businesses create high-quality embroidered apparel and products across a wide range of industries. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and training users on industry-leading Tajima equipment.

This role is ideal for candidates with:
✔ Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience
✔ HVAC, industrial maintenance, or technical repair backgrounds
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ A willingness to travel extensively and learn new technology

The first 90 days include Monday–Friday travel for training either at our Jonesville, NC warehouse, Huntersville, NC showroom, or onsite in the field with senior technicians.
