At the permission of Boston, Sir Declan’s father, we are sharing these clips to help support Sir Declan in his battle.
Our hearts collectively exploded at the cuteness in these videos!
Sir Declan is the strongest warrior we have ever met. He is battling stage 4 cancer with so much strength and resilience. We had the absolute pleasure to meet/perform for him and his wonderful parents . We are so happy we got to bring a little magic into Sir Declan’s life, as he brought so much magic into ours!! An absolutely incredible, resilient, kind, energetic, brave, and wonderful tiny human!
Sir Declan bestowed upon Prysim his Captain America necklace and a blue ring for Bluebelle. We will cherish those gifts and the memories of meeting Sir Declan forever and ever. Thank you so so much! And for dubbing us the Mushroom Princesses! 🥹😍🥰🍄🧚♀️✨

Please consider donating to keep this faire going! The Festival at the Friars' Gate was one of the most delightful & fun ren faires we have had the pleasure to perform at! Let’s help keep the magic returning to Irmo!
For one weekend in May, the beautiful Moore Park became the magical village of Ravenmoore, offering entertainment, shopping, food and fun to all.
This year’s festival brought thousands of people together but operational costs, staffing shortages, and lower-than-expected concession sales left the festival operating at a significant loss.
We made the decision to have free admission because we believe families should be able to experience wonder, music, stories, costumes, knights and magic without a financial barrier. We still believe that. We built the festival for the community and we want everyone to be able to attend.
Our long-term goal is to secure strong corporate sponsorships so the festival can grow sustainably without placing the burden on attendees. Until then, we are trying to bridge the gap and keep the gates open for another year.
If you would like to see this festival continue in Irmo and become an annual event, we would deeply appreciate your support.
