At what age did we all collectively decide that:
โœ”๏ธ Making weird noises when standing up was normal
โœ”๏ธ Falling asleep on the couch by 8:30 PM was a personality trait
โœ”๏ธ A good night's sleep became the ultimate luxury item
โœ”๏ธ "I'll deal with it later" became a healthcare strategy

Somewhere between 25 and 40, our bodies started sending emails instead of text messages.

The problem?

Most guys keep hitting "mark as unread."

Low energy. Poor sleep. Weight gain. Brain fog. Low motivation.

Those aren't just things you have to accept.
