Pans filling and the fire is going!
Sap is flowing! We added a sap ladder this year. Our land is very flat so this will help keep everything moving. Our vacuum pump pulls from the right and lifts the sap from the lines below.

10oz water
1 - scoop vanilla protein powder.
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese.
1 - small banana
1 cup - pineapple chunks
1 cup - blackberries
2 TBSP - Box Alarm Maple Co. maple syrup
-Lots of ice.
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend til smooth and enjoy!
