With a strong international background in commercial leadership and transformation, Hans Peters brings valuable experience from companies such as Priva, Unilever, NS and Eneco.

With his appointment, we take the next step in our development, building on a strong foundation and focusing on further growth, innovation and impact worldwide.

After a transition period of two months, Paul Koppert and Henri Oosthoek will return to the Supervisory Board.
The Executive Board will consist of Hans Peters (CEO), Martin Koppert (CBO) and Siger Spaans (CFO).
