✨💡Caregiver Spotlight 💡✨This is a long-overdue honor for someone very special at Work Skills Corporation. Please join us in recognizing caregiver Deborah Brady! Because Deborah works one-on-one as a primary staff member, she doesn’t often have the opportunity to connect with or receive recognition alongside the other caregivers in our Home Care Department. However, her dedication and continued care for our client are truly irreplaceable. Deborah has provided compassionate care for the same client since joining our team in December 2018. She is one of the most dependable and reliable people we know, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she does.

When Deborah isn’t working, she spends much of her time with her pride and joy—her grandchildren! Whether she’s attending their sporting events, dances, or other special activities, family is clearly at the heart of everything she does. Thank you, Deborah, for being such an important part of the Work Skills Corporation team!

It is Christmas in Summer! We will be holding Collection Drives for the Christmas Blessing Project at Walmart in Howell.

We can use all the help we can get! If you have a little time to spare please consider signing up to take a shift on September 18, 25 or October 2.

Cortney loves being a caregiver because she enjoys helping the clients we serve maintain their independence—and she understands that independence can look different for every individual. 💙 When Cortney isn’t working, you can find her gaming or enjoying a good game of Dungeons & Dragons! 🎮🐉

It's hard to believe Clementine has only been part of the Work Skills team since May 2026. In just a short time, she has become an invaluable member of the Genoa House Group Home team. Her compassion, thoughtfulness, and genuine commitment to providing quality, person-centered care have made a meaningful impact on both her coworkers and the individuals we support.

Outside of work, Clementine enjoys crafting, thrifting, and listening to music. This year, she's looking forward to stepping outside her comfort zone by trying new things and traveling more.

We're so glad you chose Work Skills as your workplace, Clementine. Thank you for everything you do—we're lucky to have you on our team!
