Two major donors, First National Bank of Howell and Music Doing Good, have a one time opportunity to reduce the current mortgage on the building and each pledged a matching dollar-for-dollar gift up to $150,000. For every $1 donated from now until March 31, 2012, will be tripled!!

Busy weekend for the Howell Opera House. Jill Jack performs on Friday Night at the Acoustic Cafe. Vino-Valentine, a fundraiser for the Opera House will feature dining and wine tasting with extra special giveaways on Saturday. Runway Repurposed at Crystal Gardens on Sunday. Whew! TONIGHT! January 20 at Acoustic Café...WDIV-TV news anchor Devin Scillian performs as part of the Acoustic Cafe concert series for the first time. Devin has a new CD, "Letter from London." We're excited to have him visit Howell and the historic Howell Opera House. Keyboardist and vocalist John Dunn will serve as the opening act. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. Make plans to join us for another great evening of music!
