What an amazing workshop 💛 Soul Aligned Wellness and Honeybee Lane collaboration. Cheryl gave us a beautiful sound bath to open our hearts and shared some of her heart centered cacao and I helped these ladies make their own affirmation charms, showed how to bless them and gave them the power to look at themselves in their own eyes and give themselves self love. The wooden charms I create are from Basswood which comes from the beautiful sacred Linden tree.

Why are linden trees special?

The tree's flowers are attractive to bees and linden is an important source of excellent honey. Hollow linden trees found in the woods are often filled with honey. The attractive white wood of linden is often used for beehive honey frames. The fragrant flowers are also distilled for use in perfumes.

Linden trees have a special place in symbolism (sacred tree, the tree that is a symbol of love, fertility, prosperity, fidelity, friendship, peace, justice, altruism, good luck) they are healing and protective trees that are known for keeping away diseases.

It’s truly incredible how everything and all the material and detail chosen for these creations marry together is such harmony. 💛
