• Members shall positively promote the cannabis industry, and shall strive to be responsible, productive and engaged community partners;

• Members shall endeavor to partner with cities, villages, townships, community organizations and local law enforcement to prevent teen drug use, illegal and interstate drug trafficking, and drug crimes;

• Members shall promote safe city neighborhoods through community education, outreach, charitable work and economic development;

• Members shall promote economic development, job growth and commerce in the State of Michigan.

• Members shall not publicly disparage or discredit any other Member, the MCDA, or any other person or business. Members shall remember that, at all times, they represent the MCDA and shall at all times represent the MCDA with dignity and professionalism.

• Members shall not engage in any illicit behavior.

• Members shall not publish or otherwise make public, either directly or anonymously, any confidential information regarding the business, marketing plan, or other similar information of any other Member.

• Members shall bring all concerns or complaints regarding any other Member to the Board of the MCDA in confidence.

• Members shall support all other Members, and shall disclose and share any and all information that may be of value to its fellow Members and the MCDA.
