The City of Howell has declared a snow emergency effective at 7pm Monday to 8am Wednesday. All vehicles must be removed from the streets in an effort to allow for the safe removal of snow, ice and debris from the roadway.

Hello!

A gas line was hit during construction at Vista Springs causing a pretty big gas leak.

Consumers Energy is on site making the repairs now. During these repairs, you may experience no gas to your apartment or town home which means your heat will not work.

They are hoping to have the repairs completed within the next 3 hours.

We had to install a new key fob system for the gym. This means the old key fobs have unfortunately been deactivated.

Please stop in and see me to exchange the old key fob for the new one! There will still be one per apartment/townhome.

If you are unable to make it in during business hours, send me an email or give me a call and we will figure something out!

I wanted to share with you guys that Scofield Park is now open! You can get your park tags at Bennett Rec Center or at the entrance of the park! Just make sure to show them your ID with your address listed!

Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority The Scofield City Park Boat Launch and Park is currently open to the Public. Due to social distancing concerns, we will not be opening up our concessions stand for the time being.
