What an amazing day for ProCare Rehabilitation! 💙

Last week, Chris from our Bayville office had the privilege of speaking at an event hosted by the Arthritis Foundation, sharing the importance of movement, exercise, and staying active while living with arthritis. 💪

Arthritis can bring real challenges to everyday life, but staying active and finding the right ways to keep moving can make a world of difference. That's the message Chris brought to the room, along with the passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live better that we're proud of across every ProCare office.

A big thank you to the Arthritis Foundation for hosting such a meaningful event and giving Chris the platform to share his knowledge.

What a way to spend the weekend 🏃‍♀️💨

The ProCare crew laced up for the Sempre IV 5K, supporting the Marine Raider Foundation and all who serve. Every runner hit a PR, and a huge congrats to our patient Jodi for placing 3rd in her age group! 🥉

5 years strong 💙 The Middletown team went all out to surprise our Clinical Director, Vin, with decorations to mark half a decade of this office being open! Grateful for every patient, every milestone, and a team that shows up like this.

Co****le champs! Our Bayville team took the win at the blind draw tournament at the Bayville Elks — and had to earn it the hard way, beating the same team twice to bring it home. 🙌 Nothing sweeter than a hard-fought victory.

Even better was getting to meet so many of the local Elks members and share some laughs along the way. Always love getting to spend some time with the community!

Some patients you never forget. 💙

Five years ago, Anna came to our Freehold office after months of severe back pain. This is where our director at Freehold, Chris Jones, stepped in. He watched how she moved, took the complicated case seriously, and worked through it with her.

Half a decade later, she stopped by to say thank you — and shared this in her own words:

"Five years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet this guy just at the point where I was about to give up. It had been six months of severe back pain, I could barely walk. Numerous visits to doctors who didn't listen, who only looked at my films and misdiagnosed me. I got the cookie cutter advice to get an epidural, which I politely declined. I was told it was sciatica which I knew it was not. But this guy who was recommended by a friend, listen to me, observed how I was moving. He knew it was a complicated issue which we figured out together. He never gave up on me and I could not thank him enough or recommend him enough. He is a unique medical, professional and I am proud to call him, my friend. Christopher Jones, DPT Freehold. And best of all, he loves the cookies from Delicious Orchards. 🍪"

🚴 ProCare hit the road over the weekend! Last Saturday, three of our physical therapists took on the Tour of High Bridge Criterium bike race.

Brian and Eric from our Flemington office and Steve from our Green Brook office all rode in the Novice race. It was a fantastic day of racing with amazing crowd support. 👏

Proud to see our team out in the community, staying active and doing what we love. Way to ride, guys! 💙
