Nervous about your first Spravato session? Most people are. Here’s what actually happens, start to finish.
Before: plan your ride. No food for 2 hours before, no drinks for 30 minutes before.
0:00 You arrive. Private room, recliner, blanket. Blood pressure check.
0:05 You give the spray yourself, with a team member walking you through it.
0:10 You rest. Eye mask, headphones, music. We check on you the whole time.
2:00 You go home. Someone else drives. No driving until tomorrow.
Save this for the night before. Questions? DM us “first session” or tap the link in bio.
Spravato is for adults with treatment-resistant depression, used with an oral antidepressant. Not right for everyone.

Spravato® is a nasal spray for depression that hasn’t gotten better with other medications.
At Reyou it happens in a private room, with a guided session and a team that stays with you the whole time. No rows of recliners. No rushing out the door. Two hours to rest, then a ride home.
If you’ve tried more than one antidepressant and still feel stuck, it’s worth a conversation.
Covered by most major NJ insurance plans. Link in bio to check yours.

Your light hasn’t gone out. It’s just covered up.
Imagine a lamp covered by layers of clothing. The more that’s piled on top, the dimmer the light seems. But the lamp itself hasn’t changed. The light still shines just as brightly underneath.
That’s what depression does. It covers your light. It doesn’t destroy it.
Treatment helps remove the layers. Integration teaches you how to keep them off. That’s the whole point of how we do it at Reyou.

If you’ve tried medications 💊 and you still feel stuck and depressed. We want to help! Reyou your life.
Reyou is like a reset for your mind! Spravato and Ketamine therapy can help you get your life back.
Most people spend their whole lives reacting to thoughts they’ve never actually looked at. Ketamine doesn’t numb you. It gives you a window — a moment of stillness where you can finally see what’s been driving everything beneath the surface. That’s where the real healing happens. Not by adding more medication. By removing the noise long enough to understand and integrate what’s underneath. If you’ve tried everything and nothing’s worked — this might be why. DM us or link in bio.
